I collaborate closely with infrastructure management teams to identify accountability to the business plan and recommend resources necessary for driving departmental results.
A significant part of my role involves managing positions within the firm's Operations and Resource Departments and overseeing project plans related to onboarding, marketing, and training. By building robust and effective business relationships with regional and internal organization staff, I facilitate the implementation and delivery of project plan action items, ensuring that coordination of resources remains in line with the firm's overarching objectives.
